Garage Band music is it Copyrite?

So I was messing with Garageband.. and making some lil riffs and jingles and stings.. Can you use that music on your Youtube page is it like Royalty Free Music where you paid for it so it is yours to use?

Well although Apple states it's Royalty Free and can be used on YouTube, people who use it ALWAYS get a claim made by some random company who don't even own it. I would personally avoid and stick with incompetech.com or freemusicforvideos.com because they specifically state they can be used, even commercially.
