I hate both crazes, but the actual song Harlem Shake by Baauer is good so by default that gets my vote

Gangnam Style is superior in every way. It took real skill, brilliant marketing, excellent quality in addition to being just a catchy toon. Harlem Shake is just a worthless pile of trash, especially in comparison.

And I'm not a big Gangnam Style fan.
