On MsBit16's post on page 15 you could get the .psd file and format. I just need the text changed to "Daily Clasher's Clash of Clans Interviews."

Don't mean to be rude or anything here, but why don't you just download the trial of photoshop and do it yourself? :) if it's only a small change like this you could easily do it and you could also change other things to make it your own :)

Making thumbnails should be essentiel for all youtubers. I dont even use photoshop and I can make pretty cool thumbnails. You gotta learn to be independant.
 
Its not hard, get the trial, change the text, 16bit has more important things to worry about (i should hope)
 
you can also download paint.net a free software and download a psd plug in it offers. its one thing i like to do but ya why request for something so easy to do
