There's so many options to choose from but it does depend on how much you are willing to spend. There are plenty of free games on steam but spending some money on really new or really games can get you some viewers.

Really it depends what your interested in. You want to play games your going to enjoy so you can get the most fun out of it. Well that's atleast what I do.

Anything you want!! I will suggest once your channel starts growing to sign up for keymailer.co ! It connects you tubers with game develops and if you request game keys you can sometimes get the game for free! I've gotten quite a few games that way.
