I've Got It
Does i need permission from publishers to upload trailers? And if yes how i can contact them and what i need to write.
 
The same way people upload songs they don't own the rights to. If you feel like taking the chance of getting shut down and dealing with frequent copyright claims and/or strikes in the hopes of getting big enough for a game publisher to actually feel it is of value to give you permission, go ahead. Frankly, I'm sick of channels unwilling to put work into content creation and wanting to just use others stuff. It's lazy and makes gaming YouTubers look bad.
