i have a bad sound in english so is that okey just using subtitle in game play video ?
is this considered fair use ?
the game i mean is gta 5 , arma
 
Yes that would actually be a good idea,

I wouldn't mind a video with English subtitles (especially GTA) it might be abit of work but that's fine! Soo many videos on other laguages I have tried to watch but didn't understand. :)
