Game Cutscene Copyright

Hello everyone, this is my first thread!
I would like to ask if the copyright claims from Ubistoft and other companies for the cutscenes in my videos would affect me in the future, if i were to get partnered?

If the companies do claim copyrights for the cutscenes you will receive a community guidelines strike which will result in 6 months without you being able to monetize videos or become a partner.

if you are on about a cutscene from far cry 3 then dont worrry i got a notice from ubisoft saying that it was copywrite and i acknoledged it. i just cont moneytise my video of it.
