Awesome! I actually made one myself a few weeks ago. Gonna work on the DLC. I think montages like this should only be around 5mins or so. Your follows will definitely love every second of it, but for new people they may tune out after 2mins. It'll save you a lot of time with the captions, I know what it's like to do caption every single word separately lol. My first montage Fatal Frame III was 18mins long. I thought it was awesome at the time, but looking at audience retention only being around 3mins it made me rethink it XP.

Anyways you're at 2k subs so you know what you're doing! I have a ways to go still.
