The commenatries suck just rabbling on in the videos and this has been going for awhile you can tell in his views 811 subs with getting under 200 views a day. quality is ehhhh debatable sometimes. Doesn't post everyyday but the big thing is he is going to be working with another youtuber soon doing a montage and that other person channel is just god awful[DOUBLEPOST=1368276816][/DOUBLEPOST]

Oh wow just give him honest ways you think he can improve his video because i had to learn from my mistakes QUALITY:up: is 100 times better than the quantity. Does he have a set schedule now when he will post new videos broadcasted on his channel? How often does he upload?

he uploads at random uploaded one yesterday and doind one today but before that was 4 days ago to long for a gaming channel. the biggest thing that gets he doing all these harmful channel tactics like post 4 post
 
Be gently honest with him. Obviously don't be like, "DAMN MAN, YOUR CHANNEL SUCKS!"
But you could say things, "Hey, you have a lot of potential, I think you should try this.." Constructive Criticism is the key, and to not offend, just compliment something good about his videos, and say how you feel. Unless he figures it out himself, he's gunna need a bit of guidance. :3[DOUBLEPOST=1368277315,1368277243][/DOUBLEPOST]

Post 4 Post along with not being frequent is gunna kill his channel- have you spoken to him about post 4 post? You could always start there and then nudge him in the right direction.

oh ok and yeah help him out and try your best to be completly honest with him and give him ways that you think he can improve his channel and especially before he starts the same thing on the other channel:cool:
