Friends Are a Great Support

since only starting alst week having about 10 subscribers that are friends is a nice little boost and one subscriber = one step closer to your goal or dream in life.

Good tactic to start off plus they sub you, you sub them back help each other out as much as I dont like sub4sub doing it with your friends is an exception though lol
