Request [Free] Willing To Make Me A Channel Banner?

Hi there! I normally wouldn't request for things like this because I used to make art, but I am having a problem with my channel banner and I have kind of given up on making it correct. If someone would be willing to make me one I would absolutely appreciate it.

The only requests I have for it is that it has a mixture of the colors of cyan, black and white. It has my channel name: MoonCraft Gaming. And the MineChest logo, the one I have attached below.
