Free Screen Recorder

Does anybody know of a good free screen recorder. I have a video on my Myspace that I want to transfer over to Youtube, the last program I used cut out the top which was where a really cool part happens.

No it couldn't they can't trace it back to you.. They can only charge the person who puts it up for torrent.
