There is a Japanese website conte-de-fees dot com (Cannot post links so make that a url). The website is in Japanese but use google to translate and its not hard to navigate. Music there is royalty free.

Well, go to full search and a big list of all the songs will pop up. Then on the top select ''feels'' and tick like ''humorous'' or ''bouncy'' The songs come with a description of the instruments, tone and mood as well.

Youtube does have a library available with a lot of songs and sound effects for free if you didn't already know. Have some decent stuff that doesn't require any type of tribute.

If you want some good quality music from a large range of artists. From amateur to experienced producers you will find a huge library of different genres on Newgrounds and all you have to do is message the composer and ask him to use their song in your videos. Many of them don't mind and love the afct their music is being used in videos, as long as their being credited of course.
