Hi everyone,
I am passionate about accurate closed captioning on videos and my own public videos are all 100% updated with accurate English subtitles. I'd now like to offer the service to others of helping them to update their captions.
Below is an example of my captions on one of my own videos. I've linked to this one in particular as I also walk through how to change the video settings to accept community contributed CC.
I'm trialling this service until the end of the month to see how it works and to determine if I can offer this as a paid service regularly.
I haven't seen anyone else offering this service so bear with me while I figure out the best way to provide it so everyone's happy.

Some important information;
- If you have the community contributed CC option on your videos, I will be able to transcribe what you've said and set the timings / make it look aesthetically pleasing. All you will need to do is approve my changes.
- If you don't have community CC turned on and aren't interested in changing your settings, I will only be able to provide plain text of what you've said in the video and you will have to do the rest yourself.
- I don't know how popular this thread is going to be so for now please limit your requests to 1 video under 6 minutes in length. I will aim to have the video updated with captions within 48 hours and will advise you of any delays in this turnaround.
- Please credit me in the video description for my captions with a link to my channel.
- I can only offer "English (UK)" subtitles. These won't vary much from "English" subtitles except for the occasional spelling difference. I do not do captions in any other languages.
