Request [FREE] Banner and Logo

Hi there, I recently started a new YouTube channel called Jxmes. I am in need of a banner and logo/profile picture. For the banner I will attach an image of what I want, something similar to the image below. I want the writing to say Jxmes and for the to be little logos of social media platforms at the top like the banner I displayed below. The social media logos I want are - Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. I would also like the banner to be able to fit in all devices, mobile devices, computers and televisions. Now for the profile picture, I was looking for something with the same colors as the banner but just have a big J like the same exact font as the banner I displayed below. Are you able to do my profile picture too?
If so, I would like it to just be the J and have it slightly on an angle. The background would be the same background as the banner. also make sure it fits on all devices.
