Free Animation Software?

Sorry pal, there isn't really any free animation software that I've heard of. Unless you count MikuMikuDance but I'm not sure if you are into that kind of stuff.
 
If you searchin for a 3D software where you can animate your models than you can use Blender.
Its a free 3D programm.
 
i hvae to agree with the other guys blender is a great program its alilttle difficult to learn at first but when you get a hang of it its actually pretty good i might be getting back into it soon

Touching on what others have said here. Blender is probably one of the better, if not the best free version of animation software to use. While you can get demos of more popular animation software, they all cost money in the end. Blender is a good place to start. If you are looking into going into full time animation with the things that you are doing. I would recommend that you do look into these paid solutions in the future. While you can do a lot with blender, there are some features that you will be missing out on with paid software. That being said I hope this helps a bit, and you enjoy working with Blender.
 
Hello, you failed to mention whether it's for 2D or 3D. If you're looking for 3D then as the guys before me posted, try Blender, it's free and has a great tool set. There's also plenty of tutorials to get you started. For 2D, if you want to go the frame by frame route for free then try Pencil, or you could pick up a trial version of Anime Studio Pro for cut out style 2D animation. For more advanced 2D animation you can also get trials of Toon Boom Animate and Animate Pro from ToonBoom. Hope this helps.
