Frederator Allied Affiliate Copyright on Cry of Fear Game

Did I Hear Horror?
Recently, I received an email saying that one of my videos (Created last month) picked up a copyright claim. The claim was due to visual content, but I have never heard of this company and couldn't find anything that connected to the Cry of Fear game. (The video was called Cry of Fear - Part 4 - Spiders Everywhere!) Apparently, during 10:46 and up, it was claimed as property of the Frederator Allied Affiliate. I did some research on the game and the only thing I could find is that all content was created by Team Psykskallar and the credited content producers. Furthermore, I came across a copyright page from the Cry of Fear Wiki page which is directed to the game (Google Cry of Fear Copyright; it should be the first option). I'm not sure if I'm reading it correctly, but it states:

    3. Voluntary License Schemes. The Licensor waives the right to collect royalties, whether individually or, in the event that the Licensor is a member of a collecting society that administers voluntary licensing schemes, via that society, from any exercise by You of the rights granted under this License.
The above rights may be exercised in all media and formats whether now known or hereafter devised. The above rights include the right to make such modifications as are technically necessary to exercise the rights in other media and formats. Subject to Section 8(f), all rights not expressly granted by Licensor are hereby reserved.

Is there anything I can do to remove this claim on my video. If it is a legitimate claim, I wouldn't mind leaving it; I just don't want random companies claiming content I put my heart and soul into.

I read more on the Copyright Policy and filled a dispute explaining that according to the Copyright Act of 1976 section 107, my videos were made in fair use and were merely reviews of the content displayed. They took the claim off the video no later than 5 hours of the dispute.

This happens because the network is claiming its' partners videos under ContentID. Which would be fine, if they were more picky about what content a person can claim to own, rather than just bulk claiming everything.

Yes I'd say that was the case.

I'd say they were under the assumption since they are an animation network that they would only claim original content but actually some channels had gameplay uploaded etc.

Yea Frederator is primarily animation related. Most likely what happened was one of its users played the same game as you and turned on content id for that video resulting in cascade of reports.
