FreddieW - Secrets Of YouTube Success.

Freddie is one of my all time favourite youtube dudes. He and his partner have morphed into a mini film making studio and really its quite awesome. He even had an rl meetup at one point he invited his fans to meet him at a restaurant where he and his partner would serve them as waiters lol. It was a cool idea and the lineup was massive lol as they decided to video tape the entire thing. Freddie is a rare one I find they dont just make videos they do a whole host of things and engage the fans in real world at times. That to me is the secret to real youtube success mixing real world and youtube together.

He speaks wisdom he is probably one of the wisest I have seen on youtube to be honest. If you wonder why youtube says no to stuff think about it they are a multi million dollar establishement and everyone and their dog is gonna try to sue them for breathing sideways. Dont skirt the rules even if you can prove its okay using some bit of law that applies to individuals at the end of the day this has nothing to do with you it has to do with youtube and if you want to work for them which is what this boils down to you have to do it their way!

In a world where youtube is ruled by "youtube whores" that abuse the system, it's nice to see an honest team like the people from freddiew become popular.

Yeah, totally agree. FreddieW seems like a genuinely good guy. Great to see someone like him get to the top.

Out of curiosity, which big YouTubers do you not like for the reasons mentioned?

heh I have a long list but i try not to get into dislikes much it upsets people I just point out the ones I enjoy. He is one of the few that I really enjoy unfortunately there are many more bad ones then good ones if that makes any sense. Its unfortunate but the types like freddieW are actually not that common and I am gonna leave it at that before someone jumps all over me again :)

I dont watch a whole lot of partners because I have learned from years of surfing them that well for the most part the better content is the undiscovered stuff. I dont really boycott anything haha I just dont watch unless someone has sent me a link. For the most part anything that is really good oddly enough seems to end up on some site i read or surf frequently that has embedded their video. Its hard to know which youtubers got there honestly and which didnt unless you were like around while they were small. FreddieW I watched grow from a small channel into a large one. There are a few I have my eyes on that I enjoy like Jordan Fontaine's channel he just works very hard. I am not the type to like boycott in that way but I have learned out of habit just to surf on by channels with the partner tag and not automatically thing they are going to have the best content etc just because they are partnered. That sounds bad i know and I have already been given hell on this forum for saying that a couple of weeks ago so I dont really want to end up in another war about it. :)
