if you look at my recent videos i have one that is all about my subscribers posting a comment on my video about their channel and what they upload. that helps my subs interact with each other. i will start up shout outs soon.

Idea - I am stealing this from another gamer channel P) but why not involve them more in games.. Have them do requests? If you have a game with multiple characters (Xcom) - invite them to do backstories on it, etc..
