Forela Digital Dashboard Problem

so I just applied to forela digital and they sent me an email to create an account for their dashboard, so they can send me payments...but when i attempted to create one...it says i already have an account on forela and they are unable to create one...someone please help me...i tried contacting forela digital staff but to no avail...please help...thanks

It was already about a week....still no replies, I can't create an account on their dashboard so how can they send the payments?
