Font Issue

So I used some fonts in my earlier videos that I did not buy the license for. My newer videos have fonts that were public domain or okay for commercial use so those are fine for monetization. I was wondering if keeping the videos with fonts that I did not buy the license for would result in some legal action against me.

Basically, I don't have the license for a font that I used in the video and thumbnail art in a non-monetized video. Would I encounter any legal actions against me for keeping those videos on my channel while I monetize other videos?

If your videos will become popular along with channel, this might be an issue, otherwise i doubt someone will check it. For future reference always check right of usage of certain font.
