Flash animation intro in time with music

Hey all

Im new here, so first of all, Hi

I make electronic music professionally and am trying to get my youtube page looking a bit more pro. So I want the videos I upload to have a cool flash intro that does something similar to this:

As you can see it stays in time with the music before then going into the logo. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to do this and could point in the right direction of a program that I could do this on.

UKF always has the same intro graphic on all their videos. They simply make the song start off with a kick to make it aligned.
