FIY: Many YT Project Managers Never Made A Vlog!

To date over the year and a half, I've met 4 YouTube / Google Project Managers who openly say they've never made a video-blog on YouTube. Personally, that's really disturbing. That means the very people who staff YouTube don't understand the nuances of making a video using YouTube. Share this with everyone. That wasn't the case in the early days of YT - everyone made a video blog then on staff.
 
Wow, I can't believe I found you here. I've seen many of your videos in the past. Like a year or two ago. Keep up the work man!
 
I'm not surprised. I wouldn't expect every person to individually run a vlog, but I can hope they at least have the experience of managing a YouTube channel, even if it was someone else's videos.
 
I'm not surprised even a little bit. Unfortunately the bigger something gets the less connected it/they become. Is there anything we can do about it?

I think sharing this video around and / or the blog post that it's linked to is a good start. And send the blog post or the video with a tweet to YouTube's head Robert Kyncl - which is AT rkyncl
