this weekend I'll be recording my first vlog and I'm wondering how long should the video be cause I look at my channel analytics and the average veiw is about 2 mins

When I make my vlogs I aim for 6 minutes. But I just shoot a load of footage through out the day and its when editing I can see how long it really should be.
I would say about 5 minutes. I usually don't go a lot higher than that when I do my "talk" videos, which are like vlogs but I don't show myself on camera. 
It really depends on if you have a lot of interesting stuff to talk about. It might be a good idea to go for 3 minutes, and depending on how many views and fans you get, you can always go higher. This is where viewer feedback is really useful.
