first video idea? And accent.

hey everyone! I have wanted to start making YouTube videos for a while, but now that I tried to film my first video... an introduction, I have no idea what I am doing! I really didn't want to do an Introduction video but because exams etc. that is all I can do until next month! I don't know weather to try to do another intro video or just jump right into my channel, which i originally wanted to do. I am also Scottish and I thought that my accent wouldn't be much of a problem but now I am worried that no one will understand me after looking back on the video I made. So do you guys have any ideas on what I could do? As now i am so confused, I thought everything was kinda sorted but it's not at all with all these 'set backs' I really love YouTube and want this to work! Thanks guys for all your help!
 
Everyone loves a Scottish Accent! At least I do. Just go ahead and make a video, and do the best you can, because you can't start improving until you make something. I look back at my first video now and cringe a little because it's a little bit awful, but that's only showing how much better I am now. (Not that I'm perfect by a long shot...) Don't stress, and just have fun with it.

Yeah, it was me because I can't message people on this yet and I wanted to have a look at your videos, I like them alot and I am not subscribed to alot of gaming channels, thanks for replying!

Haha no problem, I hope that my advice works out for you :)
 
As long as you speak clearly, use proper english (not to much slang, cause slang varies from country to country) speak slowly and articulate, everyone should understand you.
