First-Hand Experience with Nintendo Claims?

ForeverAlonePrick

I don't know what's going on.
I'm not going to ask questions about this topic, as everybody's already talked about it in-depth. I'm not interested in furthering that discussion. However, I'm thinking about making a video breaking Nintendo's copyright just to see what happens, and what the process is first hand. I've talked to a few gamers who I personally know use Nintendo games, but so far none of them have said anything about a claim issue. Has anyone here had Nintendo claim a video yet? What happened?

I have so many Nintendo LP's on my gaming channel and I have not received a single claim yet. If it does happen then I will delete every Nintendo LP I have on my channel. I also heard that you can actually have your channel closed for 3rd party claims now. This will be a giant blow to the LP community if it's true.

Wow, really? I think that must be related to something new, what Nintendo is doing is adding other people's videos to their CPM, to profit off of them. I don't see why they'd want to remove people's videos. I'd be very interested in seeing what will happen if they delete one of your Nintendo videos, but if they just claim some (which they'll most likely do after a while), I wouldn't worry about it unless you don't want to make money for them. Thanks for sharing!

I thought that Nintendos new policy was just preventing anyone from making ad revenue on videos using their content. They would in actuality just take all the revenue for themselves.

If that is the case, as I believe it is, they wouldn't take peoples channels down for using their content. Just steal your monies from now on.[DOUBLEPOST=1368850725,1368850707][/DOUBLEPOST]I thought that Nintendos new policy was just preventing anyone from making ad revenue on videos using their content.
