First ever video.

YELLO!

Forged within the deep fortress of Mount Rethador, lies one of the first ever YouTube videos made by TheAppChannel. 21 hours have passed, and the time has come for thy to ask for feedback!

KAY! Enough with this style of writing, basically, I've uploaded my first YouTube video and I'm looking for feedback. This is what I've gathered from some people so far.

1- New Microphone
2- STOP BREATHING INTO YOUR MICROPHONE!

I'd like to know if there's anything else that I should improve on? I'm pretty satisfied with my logo and the way I'm going to lay video thumbnails.

I have found that your youtube main page is important. Since you are just getting started it might be good to keep this in mind. Make a channel trailer when you have enough content to montage or just address the new viewers in some way. Also you should keep your recent uploads playlist on your main page for easy access. At the moment you only have your "Feed" showing, which is fine, but not as user friendly as displaying your "Home" or youtube main page as I call it. Also it might be good if you did something more with your banner, but when creating a banner remember that there are 2 places that get covered up. The logo covers your banner and links do as well. Anyway those are my suggestions. Do with them what you will.

Thanks for the feedback, I just changed my homepage to show a video rather than my Feed. I will try and work on a ~30 seconds intro rather than having a random video as my channel trailer! I've also added the "Recent Uploads" section to my homepage. As for the logo, I'll work on that later since I'm completely out of ideas.
