Finding The Best Tags

Now, I know that in order for your tags to be helpful for your video, they need to be relevant. I have always come up with my video tags on my own. Do you guys do anything differently to find out what tags would be best for your videos? I heard that some websites show you possible good tags, but I don't know much about it.
