And this channel is pretty phenomenal as well: http://www.youtube.com/user/LarryJordanFCP I'd also recommend Larry Jordan's FCPX training series, if you've got cash to burn. FCPX is pretty intuitive though - you should be able to get pretty far just poking around, and incrementally improve upon your workflow
