FFVIII CHALLENGE?!?!?!

Soo I've been challenged by a youtube buddy to do a FULL Let's Play on FFVIII....Well, not really a challenge, but a request (Sheeeeiiiitttt it's a challenge to me!!!). As you guys already know, just about EVERY FF game is LONG AS ***K!!! But then again, how would I look turning down a challenge/Let's Play???? Soo if you guys know of ANY tips n tricks to make this FFVIII experience a lil bit easy on a brother, PLEASE send some my way!!! It's gonna be a DOOZY!!!!
 
man FFVIII its the best one,i fell in love with it,you have to take in mind that when you lvl up the enemy monsters lvl up too,so lvling up is not a good thing,you have to absorb magic from monsters,its critical since you will get extra stats(you'll learn how at the start of the game),also getting AP points without lvling up is essential,there are alot of ways to get AP without getting exp, i also made a video about it 1 year ago but dont watch it it's not very good,look on youtube,there are some really good guides,one last thing there are soooo many secrets that you need to follow a walkthrough if you dont want to miss them,there are tons of them and those are amazing.

Woooow....that's very hard to do since everyone's intent is to level up in rpg's lol. But I will definitely take your word for it. Never played it before either lol.
 
My tip is the play FFIX instead, you'll have tons more fun.

I guess my tip would be to really study up on the conjunction/junction system because that damn thing hurt my brain when I played that game.

On an unrelated side note: I want to eventually try the Final Fantasy IX Excalibur II challenge. I've done everything else in the game except for that. I even beat Ozma. :smug:

FF9 is pretty good, I wont lie. I just got stuck in one part and never played it AGAIN!!! LOL. But that won't happen in the Let's Play for 8
 
Wow that certainly is a challenge mate its one of the few FF I have yet to play. My advice would be to use a walk through lol but I bet thats against the challenge rules. Anyways good luck man and it will be interesting to see how long it takes.

To be honest, there ARE no rules lol. No cheat codes of course lol, but ANY tips that come my way, I'M TAKING IT!!! LOL
