Hi There,

I am a Game of Thrones theorist. I make Game of Thrones videos on my channel and really hope for some feedback from you guys on how I could improve. I have recently uploaded a video about Jorah Mormont and was hoping you guys could give me feedback on it. Thank you so much.

Fact checks and support for your arguments are great ( and im not even a thrones fan I could follow your theory because you explained each event *albeit in very small details* )

Visuals - not sure how many of the visuals line up with thrones ( again not a thrones fan ) but they are a nice touch.

However my comments are directed at your speech

Its monotone
Listen to any public speaker (search for some on youtube "how to stay focused/motivational speeches ect") and you will hear they accent parts of their sentences to give weight to points and thoughts.

also move away from the microphone a touch - this will change the dynamics of the wave form and wont sound like your pressed up against a wall and talking. ( *Bonus!* I wont hear saliva moving around in your mouth when you form words)

Other than that I think your doing great.

Okay where to start; so I've actually watched GoT theories from a bigger channel and I am a pretty big fan of the show so I'll try and go into as much details as possible.

Going to your channel the video that plays is an interesting topic the harpy one; but it's 8 months old and the autoplay doesn't do any favors for you because it goes "uhmm, uhmmm, uhmmm, uhmmm"
Ideally you make or you pay someone to make you a channel trailer to replace the harpy video with, something straight to point, badass and whatnot. To introduce people to your channel and what you're all about.

Your audio could use some better mixing and overall improvements, don't know what kind of mic you use if it's one of the better ones or not, so if you have a bad mic look for a better one or if you have a good mic then just need some editing adjustments.
Overall tone of your speech could be a bit more "energetic" as well while you speak. Plus there's moments where you're like licking your lips and it makes sounds, or just general mouth sounds that can be removed in editing.

Theories on their own are nice, it's always fun to see what other people imagine from a show, so no faults there.

Do you write a script for the episodes or just free-form it? One potential suggestion is do your commentary in gaps, IE: have a script - - - record a minute *pause* - - - record a minute and so on. And if you make a mistake, you re-record the specific part. You know?

The commentary needs a smidge more editing and planning to give it the really "professional" sound it deserves.

The thumbnails are good enough for the type of content it is; I'm sure it can get better with more practice an such.

Now another issue I see with the overall channel is the uploads are quite irregular and not often which is a hard thing to sell to an audience, so being more active with that will also go a long way with growing as a creator.

Hope any of that helps you. Good luck.

Thanks for your feedback I'll definitely look more into adjusting my overall sound and such. I'll try to be more energetic also. I am planning on uploading a video twice a week, Wednesday and Saturday.

I will definitely take all of your advice on board starting with a script and an upload schedule. Thank you both for your feedback it honestly means a lot
