Feedback on First Video on Comedy Channel!

Here we go (reviewing as it rolls):
  • First off the intro is good but then it feels like you're rambling a bit, maybe make it shorter and hook the viewer quicker.
  • The framing of the video isn't centered.
  • Small point. When you aren't talking, smile!
  • Okay, it's taking way to long to get the challenge. I'd say make your intro shorter, explain shorter and get to the real meat of the video which is the challenge.
  • The choice out of the bucket is good, just need to get to it quicker.
  • The video really picks up when you got the bucket part, good job!
  • Again though, it lasts just a little bit too long.
  • Just got too the drinking of the shakes part. Honestly I feel like you could half the amount of time the prep took.
  • Maybe do a time lapse of making the shakes.
  • Just realized the video is framed different now.
  • Okay, over 9 minutes in and you got to the drinking, honestly that feels way too long to wait for the challenge.
  • This may sound mean but laugh at each other to help the audience laugh with you!
  • Ending is also feeling rambly to me, need tighten it up.
  • Wrote these while watching so the points are what I thought of as it happened in the video. Overall thoughts next.
Overall the video needed to be way shorter, honestly if I wasn't watching to review it I'd of skipped straight to the actual drinking part. The bucket choosing part was good and made me laugh but again it was too long. Keep it short a snappy, don't give me a moment to stop laughing! So yeah, good video just need to make it shorter and snappier.

From a technical standpoint, camera quality isn't that great, maybe use Neat Video or something to clean it up. Lighting needs improvement. Audio is also not great, use a microphone instead of camera microphone. But it's all passable.

You all came across well, just laugh more. The reason I enjoyed the selection bit is because you'd laugh at each others selections which made me laugh with you. Need more of that in the drinking part. Maybe show some close ups of the drink so I can see how grim it's going to be!

Like Matty said, hook us quicker. You guys were flowing and clicking. The girl with the laugh helped. Matty basically said everything that I want to, but most importantly this was way too long. "Okay, over 9 minutes in and you got to the drinking, honestly that feels way too long to wait for the challenge." - 4 minutes to start choosing won't pass. Overall you guys did good.
 
Second video on that channel will be up tomorrow you guys, I'll post another review thread and I'd love another honest review if you'd be alright with it?
