I submitted some videos to it the day Fan Finder was released. My videos took months to be processed, but seem to be on the system now. Considering it's free advertising, I think too many people opted into the scheme when it started, causing a massive backlog of videos to occur. That's my theory anyway. So yeah, just keep waiting, you'll get a response eventually.
