Family time and fitness: There is 24 hours in a day and family time can be important. But your fitness is important as well. Incorporate your family in fitness and take advantage of your surrounding!!

 
Aww I saw the titles of your thread and was like THIS IS SO IMPORTANT. I have a 9 month old and literally use him as a fitness prop hahaha he finds squats so funny.
 
Absolutely, Family and fitness is important! you use him as a prop lol that's great. Are you incorporating him in your fitness such as when you do squats your holding him or you raise him in the air to get a arm workout?
