False Copyright Strike On Me

I got a copyright strike on one of my videos for using audio that was "copyright" but it was from Nocopyright sound. At first I thought it was NCS copyrighting me but it turns out it was this company called Merlin CDLTD that doesn't own jack sh*t on my video. At first I thought they were just trolls so I just deleted the email and went on with my day. I come back and they legit copyrighted it. This is just a notice to any of you who got this that this is totally false and they are caught abusing the copyright system. Just for jokes go call their head quarters in the U.S and just mention a youtube channel and they just hang up. I know they did that to me

Well they revoked it so I am currently all good but some other people still havent got restored yet

So this Merlin company have been doing this for years. Im just surprised that nobody has brought this to attention until now

It's much harder to hang up on someone who is waiting at your front door as you leave work and has no problem constantly asking you for a reply as you walk down the street.

Most likely, they will do as major figures do when confronted by the media; keep saying "no comment" as they continue to their car, and then roll up the window. And if you then post that on YouTube without getting their permission (model release, publicity rights), you are now the one risking either YouTube or legal action if the person is recognizable in your video.
