We face Army Ghouls...no really these guys were army in their former lives...don't look at me like that!
 
Near as I can figure the best way is not to have any defenses. I had to keep going to save people who I did not put up any security like the auto guns, but I had like two at the bridge for the town so that could be a good way of doing it just don't have any security and that should attract the raiders

dang I have like 200 defense in the base I want to get attacked lol. Well guess that isn"t happening anytime soon (:
 
Yeah any time I go to somewhere like the diner or somewhere that I control but have not put up a turret or something that is why they seemed to always get attacked but anywhere I put up some defense they seem to stay away..either that or I just haven't p****d off enough people yet to have them do that.
