Fair Use

I want to talk about something captured on a GoPro for a video. I'm going to be showing PICTURES from the video, not the video itself and I will be talking over the pictures. Could the person who owns the content still put a copyright claim on my video or is it fair use if it is just pictures from the videos and I'm talking over it?
