Facecam on gaming videos question.

So I know that you can sync gaming footage and facecam with Sony Vegas, but I don't really have the budget for Vegas. Do you know if there is a free, or at least cheaper, way to do this?

You can do it with any editing software out there (most of them should be able to anyway)
Maybe try VirtualDub/Lightworks?

Also, I don't really recommend facecams on videos that don't need them. they are OK ok a scary game but a bit buggy on regular gameplay. just my 4p

As Styxie said. You should be careful with using a facecam. If you arent playing a game that will make you react a lot a facecam can make it dull to watch.

i have been using Camtasia Studio, its not free, but you can use a trial. it allows recording of the screen and uses webcam so you get the game screen, audio, and webcam the full package
