Them ba****rds!
What you can do is email them back and say you will continue to use all of their resources that they offer and won't monetise a single video until they release you from the contract.

That way: You use their services and they lose out basically! :D

They wont notify you, it is in their best interests not to notify you and your own best interests to stay on top of the contract so you know when it renews etc :)

It won't hurt them a bit. Contractually, they have upheld their part of the agreement.

That's one of the things you're supposed to look at and remember when you sign a lock-in contract with a network. Almost all of them will require you to contact them ~30 days before the contract ends otherwise it will automatically renew. They WON'T notify you (and are not required to) because obviously they want your contract to renew. Legally you are stuck for another 2 years. If they are nice, they will release you, but having been in Fullscreen before myself, I would guess that they will not release you.

Plus, your contract renewed 3 months ago, they really won't release you now.

Keep insisting politely but resolute, as others have pointed out legally they own your a** so you can only hope in some common sense on their part.

They can bulk monetize an entire channel in (almost) one click so threatening to stop monetizing wouldn't really help. Most networks bulk claim their partner's videos months (if not sooner).

Yeah, that was another b******t move from Fullscreen when I had specific contractual language forbidding them from altering my monetization settings.
