'Cause Grades.
I couldn't find anyone to make a cutscene animation thing for me, so I just decided to make my own. It came out pretty good, but how do I export it? I have a .swf but that don't help noone!

Render it in after effects, click on flie, export, add to render que, then on the format click on H.246 thats basically mp4 format

Click on file/export/add to render que/ then above the timeline there should be a little tab called "render que" click on it and select your project, then click on output module and select format: H.246 Thats going to render it into mp4
