Everybody eligble for monetization low rpm ??

Hey everybody its a shame that everybody can monetize there videos back in the old days you will get under review google will check it out than monetize it..Now all i see is copyright content making money everybody is monetizing there content. Now the rpm has dropped big time compared to 2015 i made two screenshots.
one of 2015 and one of 2016 look at the rpm difference what will happen in 2017 0.05 rpm ?
look at the 2 screens more views lower earnings in 2016

I think it's against YouTube's TOS to share those metrics. Anyway, that aside, if you're in this solely for the money then you really need to look outside of adsense. There are 5+ distinct ways that you can monetise your channel and those that go full time typically do not rely on adsense.
 
all i am saying is youtube should not let everybody monetize there content because i see people that worked hard to build there channel and now they have to suffer with low earning

its just i build my channel in 2 years time .... back in 2015 from january to february i used to get 2k views a day with earnings of 2.30 euro now i get 7 8 k views a day with 1.30 euro ..
Just sad that you build your views for nothing.. Everybody is monetizing there content all copyright stuff and getting paid for it..
that we youtubers that work hard to build there channel and upload good content get punished for it ...[DOUBLEPOST=1454347782,1454347725][/DOUBLEPOST]
