Every new video being monitored for review?

Someone at Youtube has it out for me or something. My last three videos, with ALL original content, except a movie and two television quotes in the first one, but it wasn't audio clips, they were spoken by me while drunk, so it falls under parody, I would assume, are being monitored for review. What the hell does that even mean, anyway? The two I've uploaded after that have also asked for proof it's my content. One also had a thumbnail of some girl on webcam, but I even did a reverse search and there was no copyright I could find. Do I still get my revenue while they're "Monitoring for review"? The icon is green.

say the girl in the webcam is your girlfriend and photoshop a photo of you and her together to show proof.
Lol, great idea! But what about the one with homemade fireworks? I don't think aluminum or fuses are copyright.

no, the video will not have ads if its under review, only when it appeared $
The "under review" part happened when I uploaded it, then it went to a grey box asking for proof it was mine, now it's green and says "monitoring for possible review". I figured maybe the green meant monetized, but being monitored. These aren't the first vids I've put up since my copyright strike, so I don't know what they're all of the sudden doing this for.
