Error Message - Channel Art

Hi there,

I am trying to change my channel art and I keep getting an error message that says "functionality not available". I looked up some fixes for this, one suggestion was to make sure your browser is set to allow third party cookies, I did this and I am still getting the same error message. Has anyone had any luck fixing this problem?

Have you tried a different browser or two?
That might help narrow down the cause / problem.
