I am not new to youtube, however this time I want it to work :) I am currently saving up for a Canon 70D and a proper editing software such as vegas. So for now, I am such with my phone's camera and windows movie maker. Do you guys have any opinions on how I should use these most effectively until I can afford better equipment? I cannot get a job yet as I am still 15 until July :(

Just because you're 15 doesn't mean you can't get a job. You just can't work for someone else. ;)
 
This may sound cliche but it is winter and shoveling snow could be a rewarding income for you. If you are in a busy town you can ask some mom and pop places (restaurant, convenience stores, used car lots) if they need some extra hands for the day and they usually pay cash under the table, even if it is cleaning a restroom or sweeping . You could even sell some junk you have laying around on craigslist, you never know what some of those oddballs on there are into!
