End Screen Annotations New Creator Studio

Does anyone know how to add them via the new studio? I am getting very annoyed having to go back to the classic mode just to add them, it is nothing but a nuisance and I have tolerated it for far too long :p

they keep telling us for months and months about the new creator studio which is strange since they never seem anywhere near completing it. Apparently there will only be the new creator studio as on "next year" they say.. which I guess at the rate or progress could be 31st Dec 2019. I do like the more graphical interface. And theres some data that you can't get on old CS. I guess they can't do it any faster.
 
Oh IT'S THERE, but a complete pain compared to the Classic mode, which I still use for End Screen.
1. Click the video
2. Edit video
3. Then click Editor (Prob have to click GET STARTED)
4. The End Screen is the 3rd line down.
(Above Add Blur)

I do NOT like this method.
 
Thanks guys, I will just stick with the annoying way for now, it seems easier to get to with less clicks lol :D It should be way more accessible :D
