end screen and cards malfunctioning anyone?

I Love YTtalk
as titled.
I am trying to catch up older videos with tags, cards and end screens.
from time to time in videos end screen I choose e.g. "playilst X"
and Youtube in preview shows "Video Y".
(Edit) also appeared "this playlist is deleted"
although I can see and play the specific one...
fed up for today.
I will try again tomorrow I guess.
pffff....
 
Many people percieve YouTube as a video sharing platform headquartered in California. In reality it is a petulant 3 year old given to tantrums constantly trying to do things it's not yet able to do and spilling something on your important papers at JUST THE WRONG TIME.

I've personally not had any issues with it, have you tried using a different browser or even a different device (if you have access to another one).
 
a total mess.
resuming yesterday's actions
end screen and cards mulfunctioned.
bulk saving descriptions faileed (although appeared as saved)
a scheduled for SUnday video was randomly published.

maybe a bug, maybe lots of traffic maybe I don't know.
I believe that Captain Needy said it right...
