End Cards?

I've Got It
I would like to learn how to make an end card for my videos which shows my last video and social media and I would also like to learn myself. Can someone point me to a tutorial that they would recommend?

Im sure there is some good tutorials somewhere on this site, and on youtube. Here is some basic basic information:

1) Download a photo manipulation software like Paint, Photshop, paint.net, GIMP, ect.

2) Create a 1920 x 1080 (1080p) canvas. It doesn't matter what res your video is in, you can always shrink this later in your video editing software.

3) Decide what syle you want, and what you want on it. (1 or 2 video boxes? A slogan? Branding? Social Media?). Its best to make matching branding, so like your banner, ect.

4) Arrange the said items in a way you like it. Use the rectangle tool, download social media icons, you get the point?

Try and make something unique to you that your viewers can instantly recognize every time they see it.

Look at this for example. It's nice if you're new to doing YouTube, but bad if you've been on for awhile. It has no style of its own. It's too generic for a unique YouTuber.

I'd recommend ensuring that your branding is consistent. Don't have it all over the place. Make sure it's recognizable that it's your brand. For example, I associate the colour orange with Marcus Butler because he uses it in his endcard and channel art. I use pink and brown in my channel art, end card and Twitter header because I want it to be recognizable and my branding consistent.

See that's really smart. I need to associate colors with my channel as well! Thanks for the idea!
