Eligible for custom URL issue

Hey everyone, I noticed I have the you're eligible for a custom url showing in my settings. But when I click to change the url, nothing happens. Tried clicking it with just the one they suggest, also tried adding characters to the end and nothing happens.

Any suggestions?[DOUBLEPOST=1463390829,1463389733][/DOUBLEPOST]Managed to sort it, just had to do it through G+ instead of YT.

Have you tried doing it on your G+ page instead of YouTube?
