Ed's Films or Eds Films?

It would be the first one as they're your films.

To show singular possession for a word ending in an s or s sound, use the apostrophe and another s. (If the thing is yours or someone else's)

To show plural possession of a word ending in an s or s sound, form the plural first; then immediately use the apostrophe. (If the thing belongs to a group)

Of course if you wanna get picky 's also means that you're removing a letter before the S (so for e.g. you'd write Ed's instead of Ed is), but... well that ain't relevant. :giggle:
