Editing a pic in Anime Studio Pro?

So I have a picture-

and I wanna make it talk in ANime Studio Pro. I know how to do the switch layers and all, but how do I make multiple mouths on this picture? I wanna draw directly on the picture can I?

Personally i'd photochop the mouth lines out and make something simple and easy in flash.. That's just me though, i've never heard of the program you mentioned.

I actually just wiped the mouth off and drew them in the program. Worked like a charm
